Back and Biceps Outdoor Workout

This workout is performed using two dumbbells, a resistance band, stairs, and a ledge.

Resistance Band 2 Arm Row: 3 sets, 15 Reps

Assisted Pull-ups using Resistance Band: 3 sets, reps dependent on difficulty, go until form begins to become difficult.

DB Single Arm Bent Over Row: 3 sets, 12-20 reps

Resistance Band Lat Pulldown Leaning Forward: 3 sets, 15-20 reps

Hanging Row: 3 sets, reps dependent on difficulty. Attempt to find something that you can use.

Hanging Row (bent knees): 3 sets, 10 - 15 reps

DB Concentration Curls: 3 sets, 8 - 20 reps

Resistance Band Straight Arm Pulldown: 3 sets, 15 - 20 reps

Two Arm DB Bent Over Row: 3 sets, 12 - 15 reps

Resistance Band Curls (inward grip): 3 sets, 12 - 15 reps

DB Pullovers (off ledge): 3 sets, 10 -15 reps

DB Hammer Curls: 3 sets, 10 - 15 reps
